Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return non-personalized bags within 14 days, provided the protective seal remains fully intact.

HEIGS guarantees all products against manufacturing defects. If you believe your bag has a defect in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.
