  Every HEIGS piece is handmade in our French atelier and designed in Switzerland. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €150, delivered DDP — duties and taxes paid, with no additional fees on arrival.

  à New York Tote and Grand Modèle — dispatched within 10 days.

  Scarves — dispatched within 7 days.

  Charms & accessories — ready to ship, dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  En Suisse — handmade by a single artisan across 153 hand steps. Dispatch in 3–4 weeks.

  Petit Suisse — handmade to order. Allow 3–4 weeks.

Returns

Non-personalised items may be returned for a refund within 14 days. Please inspect your order on arrival — if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at bonjour@heigs.ch and we’ll resolve it promptly.
