- En Suisse — made to order across 245 individual steps · dispatched in 3–4 weeks
- à Zurich — made to order · dispatched in 3–4 weeks
- à New York, scarves & accessories — ready to ship · dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday)

Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €150, duties & taxes included.
Returns
Non-personalised items may be returned for a refund within 14 days. Please inspect your order on arrival — if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at bonjour@heigs.ch and we’ll resolve it promptly.
