Every HEIGS piece is handcrafted by master saddle makers in our French atelier.
We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders exceeding €150.

Leather Goods:
Individually crafted; please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery.

Scarves & Accessories 
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday- Friday)
Worldwide orders are being delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - no additional custom fees or taxes upon delivery on all orders exceeding €150.

Because true luxury carries no uncertainty, we extend a 14-day return privilege on non-personalized bags, provided the protective seal is preserved.
