Every HEIGS piece is handmade in our French atelier and designed in Switzerland. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Returns — We offer a 14-day return on non-personalized pieces, counted from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with the protective seal intact.
Made-to-order & personalized pieces — Because they are crafted individually for you, personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Please review the lead times before ordering.
How to return — Write to with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Once received and inspected, we'll confirm your refund to the original payment method.
Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders over €150, delivered DDP — no customs fees or taxes on arrival.
