Does the à New York fit a laptop?
Yes. The tote is 34 cm wide and 25 cm tall, so a 13-inch laptop slips in easily, and most 14-inch laptops fit as well.
What are the snaps on the sides for?
The gunmetal snap fasteners at each side draw the tote in or let it open out, so it holds its shape whether carried full or relaxed.
What is the à New York made of?
Deep indigo cotton canvas, with handles and trim cut from undyed, full-grain calfskin. The leather is left in its natural state and deepens with wear; the canvas softens with use.
Who makes HEIGS bags?
Each bag is made start to finish by a single artisan in France, and designed in Switzerland, where the house was founded.
