We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Worldwide orders are being delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no additional custom fees or taxes upon delivery on all orders exceeding €150.

Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund within 14 days.
